How the 12-week programs work

A plan thatprogresses with you

Each program follows three four-week phases, tailored to your experience level, training environment and goals. Whether you're following a three-day full-body program or a four-day upper/lower split, you'll have a clear plan from start to finish.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Build yourBase

Start with a strong foundation.

Focus on proper movement patterns, establish your starting weights, and build consistency. This phase helps you get comfortable with your routine while preparing your body for the progress ahead.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

Build yourProgress

Now it's time to build on what you've started.

Your training progresses through new exercise variations, increased resistance, and new challenges. You'll build on your foundation while developing more confidence in your abilities.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Build yourStrength

This is where your hard work pays off.

With an emphasis on strength, you'll work toward heavier resistance, lower rep ranges, and continued improvement. The goal is to finish feeling stronger, more confident and more capable than when you started.
